Sulamot
in Action

Our Story

Sulamot, founded by Rav Yosef Zvi Rimon, empowers and unites Jewish communities in Israel and globally.

We reimagine Jewish education using modern technology and innovative methods, breathing new life into Jewish texts and values. Reaching hundreds of thousands worldwide, Sulamot creates meaningful experiences that deepen connections to Jewish heritage and bridge divides between Jews of diverse backgrounds. Our programs strengthen Jewish identity and foster a vibrant global network, impacting Jewish life at home, in classrooms, and communities while inspiring personal Jewish journeys.

Spearheaded by Rav Rimon, Sulamot’s teams swiftly mobilized at the outbreak of the Iron Swords War, launching emergency relief initiatives alongside our regular programming to address the urgent needs of Am Yisrael in Israel – from supporting IDF soldiers and evacuated communities to providing support for injured soldiers, families of IDF reservists, widows and orphans – while working to strengthen national unity and heal societal discord during this challenging time.

EMERGENCY RELIEF: EQUIPPING OUR SOLDIERS, SAVING LIVES

In the wake of October 7, 2023, Israel faced its largest military mobilization in history. Sulamot, led by Rav Yosef Zvi Rimon, swiftly responded to the critical shortage of life-saving equipment for IDF soldiers.

Our mission:

To meet the most urgent needs of Am Yisrael & deliver state-of-the-art gear to those defending our nation.

HEALING ISRAEL'S HEART & SOUL

As the Iron Swords War continues, our focus expands to rehabilitation and healing:
• Supporting wounded IDF soldiers in their recovery
• Providing comprehensive assistance to widows and orphans
• Offering financial, logistical, and emotional support
• Rav Rimon's personal spiritual guidance for those affected

“Am Yisrael is strong. We stand proud. Together, with Hashem’s help, we will heal and overcome.”

Rav Yosef Zvi Rimon

Join us in this critical mission of national recovery and resilience.

Project Achdut

FROM DIALOGUE TO ACHDUT:
BUILDING UNITY THROUGH ACTION

1

Bridging the Divide: Israel's Unity Challenge

Even before the unimaginable events of October 7th, a lack of unity among various sectors threatened our collective strength and resilience.  The war has taken an immense toll on the Jewish people, exacerbating pre-existing divisions and straining the very fabric of our nation.

2

Our Vision: Unity in Action

While many talk about unity, Project Achdut believes in creating it through shared action. We're transforming dialogue into tangible cooperation.
By focusing on the fundamental challenges and experiences that unite us as Jews, Project Achdut lays the foundation for genuine connection and understanding between diverse groups. Project Achdut does not distinguish between observant or secular, young or old, right-wing or left-wing.

Breaking Barriers

We focus on what unites us as Jews, bridging gaps between observant and secular, young and old, right and left.
To turn this vision into reality, we've developed a range of programs. Each is carefully designed to break down barriers, build bridges, and guide us toward our ultimate and practical goal: a truly unified nation.

Together, we're not just discussing unity – we're building it, project by project, community by community.

YAD B'YAD: UNITY IN ACTION

From Conference to Movement

The "Aderaba'' Unity Conference sparked a revolution, bringing together 2,000 “TorahNoar” youth to explore the meaning of unity and brainstorm practical ways to implement it. Building on this success, “Yad B'Yad” takes youth unity to the next level.

1

Collaboration Across Divides

A joint venture between Sulamot's "Torah-Noar" program and the "Chamesh Etzbaot" organization, “Yad B'Yad” brings together religious and secular youth in a powerful new way.

2

Beyond Dialogue: Creating Together

“Yad B'Yad” goes beyond conversation. Participants collaborate on real projects, discovering shared values and common ground through hands-on experiences, forging authentic and lasting connections among Israel’s diverse youth.

UNITY BONDS: FORTIFYING ISRAEL'S SOCIAL FABRIC

Addressing War's Hidden Toll

The prolonged conflict strains the fabric of Israeli society
• Marriages under pressure from extended separations
• Wives managing homes alone for months
• Soldiers returning with PTSD, often only for brief weekends
• Societal divisions re-emerging in civilian life

From Battlefield Brotherhood to Everyday Unity

During IDF reserve duty, secular and observant Israelis work side by side with unwavering trust and brotherhood. Political divides dissolve as they unite towards the common goal of protecting Israel and Am Yisrael. Unity Bonds aims to translate this solidarity from the battlefield to everyday life.

Our Vision

We believe the spirit of unity forged in service can be sustained, creating a more resilient and cohesive Israel beyond times of crisis.

How It Works

“Unity Bonds” workshops, led by professional therapists, bring together diverse couples affected by IDF military service. Each group consists of an equal number of couples from secular and observant homes, mirroring the balance of unity found in shared military experiences.

Sessions focus on healing, recreating the bonds forged during reserve duty in civilian life. By emphasizing shared human experiences, we foster lasting connections that transcend societal divides, strengthening Israel's social fabric.

Building a Stronger Israel, One Bond at a Time

Join us in preserving the unity born of shared purpose, ensuring it endures to strengthen all of Israeli society.
